2025 Royalty Candidates
Blueberry Queen Candidates

Aubrey Dunbar, daughter of Derek Dunbar and Julieanna Middlemon of Iron River, is a candidate for Blueberry Queen. Aubrey is 14 years old and
will be entering the 9 th grade at South Shore High School in the fall. Her favorite subjects are reading and writing. She also participates in volleyball and music. During her free time Aubrey enjoys reading, writing poetry and going to the beach with her family and friends. Aubrey is the recipient of several music ensemble awards. In the future she hopes to become a psychologist and help those who need it.

Emma Curtis, age 17, is a candidate for Blueberry Queen. She is the daughter of Brock and Bobbi Levelius of Iron River and will be entering the
12 th grade at South Shore High School in the fall. Emma’s favorite subjects at school are veterinary medicine, anatomy, physiology and English. She
enjoys playing volleyball, basketball and softball. During her free time Emma likes to read, hang out with family and friends and work. Her future
plans include going to college to get a degree in veterinary medicine.
Blueberry Princess Candidates


Seven year old Remy Gregerson is a candidate for Blueberry Princess. Her parents are Carson and Shawn Gregerson of Iron River. Remy will be in the 2 nd grade at Iron River Elementary in the fall where her favorite subjects are gym and music. Remy enjoys playing basketball and soccer. In her spare time, she likes to play with her toys, jump on the trampoline and go swimming. In the future she would like to own a farm and horses.


Anastasia Sharpe, age 8 years, is a candidate for Blueberry Princess. She is the daughter of Reyna Sharpe of Iron River. Anastasia will be in the 3rd grade at Drummond Elementary School in the fall and her favorite school subject is science. She also enjoys reading and playing on the playground. Her hobbies include reading, biking and playing Shing. Anastasia has won a reading award and a kindness award. In the future she would like to be a K-pop Idol.

Scarlette Sharpe, daughter of Sandra Sharpe of Iron River is a candidate for Blueberry Princess. Scarlette is 11 years old and will be in the 6th grade at Drummond Elementary in the fall. Her favorite subject is science and she participates in swimming, badminton and journalism. In her spare time Scarlette enjoys sports, playing, looking at mushrooms and going places. Among her awards are the honor roll, 2nd place in a journalism competition and champion in a “Fun Run”. Scarlette’s future plans are to become a surgeon.

Blueberry Prince Candidates

Rylan Kavajecz, of Iron River, is a candidate for Blueberry Prince. Rylan is the son of Marissa Halvorson and Todd Kavajecz. He is 7 years old and will be entering the 2 nd grade at South Shore Elementary in the fall. Rylan’s favorite subject at school is science and he enjoys playing baseball. In his spare time he enjoys playing outside, running, playing catch, and practicing basketball. In the future Rylan would like to play basketball and football and be a farmer.

Michael Sharpe, age 7, is a candidate for BB Fest prince. The son of Johnny and Joan Sharpe of Iron River, Michael will be entering the 2nd grade at Drummond Elementary in the fall. His favorite subject at school is science and he enjoys playing soccer and basketball. In the future Michael would like to work at Burger King.

Sameer Singh is a candidate for Blueberry Prince. The son of Mary Sharpe and Sarbjit Singh, he is 7 years old and will be in the 2nd grade at Drummond Elementary in the fall. His favorite subjects at school are art and physical education. He also enjoys drawing and sports. In his spare time Sameer enjoys biking, singing, helping his family and sports. His awards include a “most friendly” award. In the future, Sameer would like to be a soccer player.
