Important Information for Blueberry Festival Vendors

Dear Blueberry Festival Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in the Iron River Lions Club Blueberry Festival, July 22-25, 2027, at Moon Lake Park, Iron River, Wisconsin. (Moon Lake Park, 67695 County Highway H, Iron River, WI 54847)

  • Camping Moon Lake Park: We have reserved and paid for sites 18 A/B for those who need them. Upon arrival, see Vendor Manager for more information. Potable water is available in the campground; however, it is heavy with iron and is not recommended for use in your beverages for sale.
  • Security: A reserve officer will be at the park through the nights of Friday and Saturday. There is no security in the park on Sunday evening. We are not responsible for damage or theft of your property at any time.
  • Friday: Family Day 3:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. You may set up on Friday during the day before 2:00 p.m. No vehicles allowed in the park after 2:00 p.m. Family Rides will be running from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Movie at dusk. You may want to be open. Your choice.
  • Saturday: Vehicles will be allowed in the park from 6:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m. There will be no vehicles allowed in the park after this time. We have a flatbed cart and golf carts to assist you should you need to bring in more products. Vendor expected hours 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. You may wish to stay later due to the expected volume of people and fireworks at dusk.
  • Sunday: Vehicles are allowed in the park to restock from 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. A crowd gathers for Polka Mass that begins at 10:00 a.m. Expected vendor hours are 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Vehicles are allowed in the park to remove items after the crowd disperses, after the 4:00 p.m. raffle drawing. Units may be left on site and removed on Monday morning.
  • Vendors Provide: You are responsible for your tables, tents, electrical cords, water lines, adapters, and anything else you need to do business. Vendors are completely responsible for their property. We are not responsible for any damage or theft.
  • Food Vendors: Must meet all licensing and permit requirements as determined by Bayfield County and/or the State of Wisconsin before entering the festival grounds. The health inspector will be at the festival to check for licenses and the condition of the food prep site.
  • Exceeded Space Fee: Vendors will be assessed an Exceeded Space Fee for any equipment that requires more footage than registered for on the application. This includes hitches, freezers, refrigerators, awnings, tables, etc. The Exceeded Space Fee is $100 and payable upon setup is $100 and payable at setup.
  • Garbage: Smash all boxes and bag all trash. Deliver it to the big dumpster located in the parking lot north of the fest grounds. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean. A $200 fee will be assessed if space is not kept clean. Vendors who leave a mess during the fest or at their site when leaving will not be allowed to register for future Blueberry Festivals and will pay a $200 garbage cleanup fee.
  • No pets allowed on fest grounds.

Wi Dept of Revenue LogoAs an event operator in the state of Wisconsin, the Iron River Lions Club is now required to collect and report additional information from each vendor who sells anything at the Blueberry Festival. By completing this registration, you agree to provide the information as required on the online registration and fully understand the information you provide will be reported to the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Vendors who refuse to provide the required information will not be approved to attend the Blueberry Festival.
