Craft/Artist Retail/Commercial: List type of items to be sold.

Food Vendor: All food and beverages must be identified and listed.

Food Vendor: Must meet all licensing and permit requirements as determined by Bayfield County and/or the State of Wisconsin before entering the festival grounds. Food vendors are required to have a temporary food vendor license issued by the Bayfield County Health Department and a seller’s permit issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Contact the Bayfield County Health Department at 715-373-6109 to initiate a license request. The health inspector will be at the festival to check for licenses and the condition of the food prep site. Vendors found to be without the required licenses and/or those who do not meet the requirements will be required to leave. Vendors are to provide their own equipment, including electrical cords and water lines.

Set-Up & Take Down: Friday - Food vendors only upon special request to Anne. Saturday - Vehicles will be allowed into the park from 7:30 – 8:15 a.m. There will be no vehicular traffic in the park after this time. Sunday - Vehicles are allowed in the park to remove items after 8:00 p.m. Units may be left on site and removed on Monday morning. Vendors are to provide their own equipment, including electrical cords and water lines. Vendors are completely responsible for their property. The area is not secured.

Pets: Dogs and other animals are not permitted on the fest grounds. Please make other arrangements for your pets. Official service dogs are permitted.

Liability Release: All vendors shall indemnify and hold the Iron River Lions Club, its members, sponsors, volunteers, participants, and the Town of Iron River harmless from liability due to injury or damage to anyone or any property arising out of the operator’s activities or operations.

Payment: Fees are non-refundable and due upon application. Sites only reserved with payment. Vendors will be assessed an Exceeded Space Fee for any equipment that requires more footage than registered for on this application. This includes hitches, freezers, refrigerators, awnings, tables, etc. Said fee is $100 and payable at set-up. Approved applicants will be sent an email that includes a link to submit payment. The Lions Club reserves the right to accept or deny applications.
