Craft/Artist Retail/Commercial: List type of items to be sold.

Food Vendor: All food and beverages must be identified and listed.

Food Vendor: Must meet all licensing and permit requirements as determined by Bayfield County and/or the State of Wisconsin before entering the festival grounds. Food vendors are required to have a temporary food vendor license issued by the Bayfield County Health Department and a seller’s permit issued by the State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Contact the Bayfield County Health Department at 715-373-6109 to initiate a license request. The health inspector will be at the festival to check for licenses and the condition of the food prep site. Vendors found to be without the required licenses and/or those who do not meet the requirements will be required to leave. Vendors are to provide their own equipment, including electrical cords and water lines.

Set-Up/Take Down Days and Times: To be announced closer to the event.

Pets: Per order of the Town of Iron River dogs and other animals are not permitted in the park during the Blueberry Fest. Official/certified service dogs are permitted.

Camping: We reserved a limited number of camping sites for vendors. Contact the vendor manager to indicate you want/need camping or power in the parking lot for additional equipment.

Liability Release: All vendors shall indemnify and hold the Iron River Lions Club, its members, sponsors, volunteers, participants, and the Town of Iron River harmless from liability due to injury or damage to anyone or any property arising out of the operator’s activities or operations.

Payment: Vendor fees are due at the time of application and are non-refundable. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Iron River Lions Club reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. Vendors who engage in inappropriate, disruptive, or unprofessional conduct may be required to leave the festival grounds immediately and may be prohibited from participating in future Iron River Lions Club festivals or events.

Vendor Space Requirements: Vendors are responsible for accurately registering the total space required for their booth and all associated equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, trailers, hitches, freezers, refrigerators, awnings, tables, display racks, and any other equipment extending beyond the registered space. Vendors occupying more space than indicated on their application will be assessed an Exceeded Space Fee of $100, payable at the time of set-up.

No-Show Policy: Vendors who register for the festival but do not attend and fail to provide advance notice to the Vendor Chair may be ineligible to participate in future Iron River Lions Club festivals. The Iron River Lions Club reserves the right to deny future vendor applications from no-show vendors.

Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment and supplies necessary for their operation, including, but not limited to, tables, tents, extension cords, electrical adapters, water hoses, water connections, and any other items required to conduct business. Vendors are solely responsible for the security and care of their merchandise, equipment, and personal property. The Iron River Lions Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
