From building access ramps and supporting local schools to hosting favorite local events like the Blueberry Festival and Wipeout Childhood Cancer, we’re proud to serve with kindness, teamwork, and heart.

Iron River Lions Mural & Commemorative Plaques
The Iron River Lions Club is thrilled to sponsor a breathtaking new mural by esteemed artist Kelly Meredith. Designed as a complementary piece to the existing Lions mural across the street, this expansive artwork will stand 12 feet tall and stretch 80 feet long, vividly capturing the beauty of Iron River through the changing seasons.
Offered in three sizes, these plaques provide a meaningful way for community members to leave a lasting legacy within this artistic landmark.
This mural is supported in part by a grant from the Chequamegon Bay Arts Council and the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin

Lion of the Year for 2024
On behalf of the Iron River Lions Club, President Tom Madison presents the 2024 Lion of the Year award to Karen Wicklund. Lion Karen is remarkably active in our community and club. All she does is done with a smile, great attitude, and heart of service. Cheer for Karen as she rides through the Blueberry Fest Parade on July 28. Congratulations Karen!
Western Bayfield County Historical Society
The Iron River Lions Club made their annual donation. Presenting the check is Tom Madison, President, Iron River Lions Club. Receiving the donation are members of the Historical Society – Lyle, Linda Hultman, and Dick Rewalt.
